Lawrence really made our day in KL a fantastic experience. He went above and beyond to make things easy for us. The cruise boat changed port at the last minute and was late letting us off , Lawrence handled everything for us so smoothly we didn’t have to worry at all. He was witty and informative. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Lawrence picked us promptly for our 8-hour tour. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were astonished to learn that he speaks 7+ languages and had a variety interesting life experiences that favorably informed his performance. Clearly he loves being a guide; his unflagging enthusiasm was apparent and refreshing. A note: he was very flexible about our needs and changed our itinerary several times on the fly.

This was a good day spent in Penang, visiting a very beautiful temple and walking through the city. However, not as good as the other tours we took on our trip to Asia. The downside was the lunchtime, when we were taken to a very touristic food court, that was far from being appealing (we love street food and had asked for good recommendations on the capital of the noodles when we booked the tour). We ended up eating at Starbucks. A good tour, but could have been better.

I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied, 5 star experiences are very important to me and I do my very best to provide such services. The Food Court has always been a hit with my other travelers, it is not Western food, it is entirely local food. Even the locals eat here often. I did not take you to other places as they are considered unhygienic, I will keep this thought though for the future.

Lawrence was a wonderful tour guide and we booked a higher end, air conditioned vehicle which proved indispensable for escaping the heat. We started out with a Trishaw ride across town–how fun! He knew just the right places to venture for when we needed a break from the heat, a quick trip for some drinks or some cheap shopping. He also left us with expansive knowledge of where else to visit and shop for the remaining days of our vacation in Penang. Thank you for a wonderful tour!

On our second tour with Lawrence, we wanted to alter our tour and he recommended some other options, which ended up being a better fit for our group. He was very nice and made himself available for a night excursion to see the fireflies. He also recommended really great meals in Penang!

Wow! Lawrence was great! He did a great job sharing information and taking us to the top spots in George Town and Penang. My husband uses a mobility scooter and Lawrence knew where we needed to go for the sites to be accessible. He also scheduled things in a way that allowed us to avoid the cruise ship buses. We had a wonderful day with Lawrence and would highly recommend him!
