These are the places where I will meet up with you.

For visitors NOT arriving by cruise:

  • Any hotel or location as you specified.

For visitors arriving by cruise:

PENANG CRUISE CENTRE:

Penang Cruise Centre is also known as Swettenham Pier Terminal.

I will meet you in front of the two escalators. I will be holding a paging board with your name and country.

PORT KLANG CRUISE CENTRE:

Port Klang Cruise Centre (PKCC) is also known as Boustead Cruise Centre. 

90% of the passenger cruise ships embark at PKCC. I will be waiting for you in the arrival lobby, holding a paging board with your name and country.

However, PKCC can only accommodate a maximum of 2 ships at a time. If there are more than two ships arriving on the same day, your ship may be redirected to one of the nearby cargo ports.

Unfortunately, if your ship is directed to embark at the West Port, South Port, or North Port, I and the tour vehicle will not be allowed to enter these cargo ports due to security reasons.

In such a situation, you will need to take the free shuttle bus to the main gate, where I will meet you.
