Second day with Lawrence. Very accommodating in the serious possible discomforts of the heat during the trip. Lawrence worried about our sun/shade itinerary, arranging less outdoor stuff, giving us the detailed and "inside" information on the various heritage sites, temples and things we visited. He was careful to accommodate our specific desires and avoid those things we explained we had little or not interest. A great guide for us, introducing us into the Penang area, Malaysian culture and responding clearly and openly to our queries. A great guide and easily recommendable. Thank you from both of us!
