RATING ★★★★✰
TOUR: #292962, [1~4 paxs] Half Day Penang Heritage/Culture Tour, George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
Lawrence was very informative and professional. Tour was exactly what we asked to see. Only problems: the air conditioning in the vehicle was not working properly. Tour guide was borrowing the vehicle since his car was being repaired so this likely won’t be an issue going forward. The last thing we went to see the Kek Lok Si Temple and felt that was a bit rushed. Did not get to tour the temple much but loved making our wishes on ribbons and feeding the turtles while we were there.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Yes, my car (Honda Civic) was sent for repair due to noisy axle bush. It was MENTIONED during the late-minute’s booking. I cannot put my guests at risk. The borrowed car (Honda CRV) belongs to my brother in-law. The air-conditioner was actually OK. I was less familiar with the borrowed car’s air-conditioner system. After the tour, I adjusted the fan speed and it was working fine. My apologies.
